The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Monday night killed two Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists in an intense encounter in Bemina area of Srinagar.
Inspector General of Police (IGP) Vijay Kumar said in a tweet that the police killed two terrorists of banned terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba in a quick encounter in Bemina area of Srinagar.
He said that a policeman suffered injuries in the encounter.
He said that on the basis of the documents recovered from the slain terrorists, one of the slain terrorists has been identified as Abdullah Ghaujri resident of Faisalabad Pakistan.
While the second terrorist Adil Hussain is a local and he is a resident of Anantnag.
He also came to Pakistan in 2018.
He told that he had managed to escape in the last encounter but the police was keeping a watch on his movements.
