National Herald: ED Summons Rahul Gandhi For Questioning Again Today Amid Political Drama

In the National Heralds case,  Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was questioned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for about eight and a half hours on Monday. ED has issued summons to Rahul Gandhi to appear again on Tuesday. 

Earlier on Monday, Rahul Gandhi, who reached the ED office, was questioned by the officers of the agency for about 3 hours in the morning. After that he left for lunch break. 

During the lunch break, Rahul Gandhi reached the hospital to meet Sonia Gandhi. inquired about his health. After the break, the Congress leaders again reached the ED office at around 3.30 pm. The ED questioned him till around 9 pm.

Earlier, in support of Rahul Gandhi, the Congress staged a sit-in across the country. Delhi Police also arrested Congress leaders in Delhi. Congress said that neither we will be afraid nor bow down. 

Delhi Police detained Congress leaders. Priyanka Gandhi reaches the police station to meet him. Where on one hand Congress General Secretary Mukul Wasnik is sitting in the police station in torn clothes.

Let us inform that the ED had issued summons to Rahul Gandhi and his mother Sonia Gandhi in the National Herald case asking them to appear. 

After Sonia Gandhi was found corona infected, he has sought time to appear before the ED. Sonia Gandhi’s health is deteriorating and she is admitted in Gangaram Hospital. The ED has issued notice to him to appear on June 23.
