Jammu And Kashmir: Security Forces Killed 2 Pakistani Terrorists In Anantnag Encounter, Amarnath Yatra Was The Target

Security forces killed three terrorists in an encounter in Anantnag, Jammu and Kashmir. 

Two terrorists, including Pakistani commander Abdullah Gojri and local Lashkar commander Musaib, were killed in an encounter by security forces in Bemina late on Monday. 

During this a policeman was also seriously injured. 

According to the police, both the slain terrorists were part of a three-member LeT suicide squad that infiltrated Kashmir last month to attack the Amarnath Yatra.

Hanjla, a Pakistani terrorist of this squad, was killed in an encounter on June 6 in Jalura, Sopore. 

According to Vijay Kumar, Inspector General of Police, Kashmir Range, both the slain terrorists were members of a three-member Lashkar squad sent from Pakistan last month.

Lashkar commanders sitting in Pakistan had sent two Pakistani terrorists along with Adil Hussain Mir alias Abu Sufian alias Musaib, a resident of Pahalgam, to Lahore and Abdullah Gojri resident of Faisalabad.
