Agra News: Three people, including a 6-month-old innocent, were buried alive as a three-storey building collapsed due to heavy rains. The case is of Agra. The city was raining heavily on Wednesday, during which a 3-storey house collapsed in which the owner of a 40-year-old shoe factory, his 36-year-old wife and a 6-month-old innocent daughter were buried alive.

The information was given to the Agra Municipal Corporation and the police, after which it took them about 10 hours to locate the three members, although those three buried in the debris died.

According to the police, due to the narrow space, even the heavy machinery of the Municipal Corporation could not save them. All three of them succumbed under the rubble as rescue operations were delayed.

The deceased Mohammad Lawyer was the owner of a small shoe manufacturing unit. He along with his wife Samtaz and daughter Aayat lived in this 3-storey building in Dholakhar under the Mantola police station.

According to the report, the house fell at 6.45 am, after which it took half an hour for the police and relief team to reach. The debris was removed after a long time with the help of dozens of people and police. All three were evacuated to SN Medical College and Hospital where the doctors declared the three dead.

Due to the narrow lane, the rescue operation also took a long time. A team of police along with others removed the debris from there. In addition, three bodies have been sent for post-mortem.

It is said that before the monsoon, the Agra Municipal Corporation had identified 72 such houses in the city that could fall due to rain. For this, the landlords were also instructed to repair them. He also warned that due to heavy rains and storms, their houses may fall, which can also cause a lot of life and property damage.
