He said that instructions have been given to the Block Education Officers to check the schools every day and send a report to the teachers and officers who are coming late in the schools and offices immediately. Go.
Taking departmental action against such negligent employee, he will be transferred immediately. Along with this, the block officers have been asked to do the work of the teachers on time, eliminating the problems of the teachers.
It has been made clear to the officers that the job of teachers is to teach, if they have to repeatedly visit the block offices for their legitimate work, then the block officers will be responsible for that.
Strict action will also be taken against block officials. Rajesh Sharma said that similarly teams have been formed to check the quality of mid-day meal, if the school where mid-day meal is not given properly, then action will be taken against the concerned school head.
Rajesh Sharma said that negligence will not be tolerated at all. He himself will go to the field and keep checking.
He said that there is no need for any teacher to come to office at school time. The BPEOs have been instructed to solve their problems within the school itself. Rajesh Kumar said that make sure to provide quality education to the children. So that the academic level of the student can be raised.
