The Board of Directors of Colgate-Palmolive India Limited has approved the appointment of Prabha Narasimhan as Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
The company said on Thursday that Narasimhan’s appointment would be effective from September 1, 2022.
The company had in March this year announced the appointment of Narasimhan as its MD and CEO.
According to the information sent by the company to the stock exchange, the board of directors has also approved the appointment of Vikram Singh Mehta as an independent director with effect from April 28.
During the meeting, the Board of Directors also approved the second interim dividend of Rs 21 per share for the financial year 2021-22.
