Jack Dorsey, the former CEO of Twitter, has resigned from the Twitter board. Dorsey was previously rumored to be re-joining Twitter as CEO, but he put an end to the speculation by revealing that he would never return as CEO of Twitter.

That’s because the day Dorsey stepped down as CEO, he was destined to leave the board.
When he left, the company made an announcement that he would remain part of the Twitter board until his term ended at the 2022 shareholders’ meeting.
