Petrol & Diesel On (9 December 2021) No Increase In The Rate Of Petrol And Diesel Today

There has been no increase in the rate of petrol and diesel today. 

Today in Delhi, where the rate of petrol remained stable at Rs 95.41 per liter.

Government oil companies after reviewing the prices fix the rates of petrol and diesel every day. 

Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum and Hindustan Petroleum revise, issue and revise petrol rate and diesel rate on daily basis from 6 pm onwards.

Now the price of 1 liter of petrol in Delhi is Rs 95.41. At the same time, 1 liter diesel is at Rs 86.67 per liter.

Now the price of 1 liter of petrol in Kolkata is Rs 104.67. Whereas 1 liter diesel is available at Rs 89.79 per litre.

Now the price of 1 liter of petrol in Mumbai is Rs 109.98. Whereas 1 liter diesel is at Rs 94.14 per liter.

Crude prices in the international market are often influenced by the dollar rate. 

If the dollar was expensive, buying crude would be more expensive and this increases the cost of petrol and diesel. 

On this basis, the prices of petrol and diesel are reviewed daily in the country and after that the rates are fixed afresh.

More than half of the money people pay for petrol and diesel sold in the market, is in the form of tax from the central government and the states. 

It is estimated that 55.5 percent tax on petrol and 47.3 percent tax on diesel is collected from people.

Petrol pump dealers in the country also charge their commission per liter on petrol and diesel.
